WEEKLY TUMBLING & CONDITIONING
Focuses strictly on developing tumbling skills by providing skill training, developmental drills, and safe spotting to increase athlete’s skillset. At Infinite, we evaluate your athlete’s current tumbling skills and use progressions to safely enhance and build their tumbling abilities to reach their goals. As a preventative training to avoid injury and strain, we focus on calisthenics, conditioning, and increasing flexibility to further enhance your athlete’s athletic abilities, on and off the mat.

FRIENDS & FAMILY SHOWCASE
At the end of the season, we congratulate athletes on a successful season of training and hard work by displaying a final routine and new skills for friends and family viewing.
